Velrose currently ships exclusively within Slovenia.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate on all orders across Slovenia. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
